DropIt

DropIt is a tiny application that lets you organize your files and folders automatically. You can create patterns so that the program copies and pastes a certain number of files from one location to the other, simply by name, extension, or by other parameters that you can set up easily.

You can create several profiles and patterns in order to automate almost everything you do in terms of file organization.

DropIt is a useful application, but you might not really think it's worth installing, since the task it performs is not that tedious anyway, and everyone is already used to doing it.
